Career coaching is my first love and a specialty. Job search or career advancement isn’t rocket science but the process can be overwhelming. I help you realize the value you bring by putting your accomplishments in context. It is confidence building, and basis for self-advocacy in the job market and workplace.

We explore your career aspirations and experience, promote internal alignment and centeredness. You feel seen, clarified, and excited to move forward. The quest becomes easier.

Knowing oneself is key to attracting opportunities. When you clearly communicate your why and how you can contribute, you command the attention of contacts, supporters, and interviewers.

I’ve seen time and time again, that when people are connected to the source within, positive outcome occur. You thrive.

ICF-Certified Coach (PCC), Co-Active Coach (CPCC), and certified MBTI practitioner. Versed in Clifton Strengths, Holland, and other assessment tools.

Since 2023, I coached 300+ job seekers and workers in tech, healthcare, media, business, for a global staffing firm, including individual contributors, managers, directors, and executives.
