Meaningful Livelihood
Imagine using your goodwill, gifts, and power to realize your career aspirations. You build a worklife that is purposeful and fulfilling.
Career coaching is my first love and a specialty. I’ve long used the resume as a self-assessment tool to help clients realize the value they bring while putting their accomplishments in context. It is confidence building, and preparation for self-advocacy in the job market and workplace.
Job search or career advancement isn’t rocket science but the process can be overwhelming.
In our coaching, you process your desires and experience, got internally aligned and centered. You feel seen, clarified, and excited to move forward. The quest becomes easier.
Career and life influence each other. Transitions don’t happen in a vacuum. We start where you are, who you are, and what you value.
Knowing oneself is key to attracting opportunities. When you clearly communicate your why and how you can contribute, you command the attention of contacts, supporters, and interviewers.
I’ve seen time and time again, that when people are connected to the source within, positive outcomes occur. You thrive.

Sue was my career coach during a critical career transition, as I was searching for a new job after being laid off in a relatively new field for me. She not only was available and deeply knowledgeable about all the logistics of the process, how to interview, network, prepare resume materials, etc. but she was incredibly powerful in how she helped me with the much more important part – integrating the life journey that I was on and the whole self that I was working on into the process of finding a job that would be right for me in this time of my life... …I remember when I first met Sue, she was so kind, calm, and patient with me. She had an army of resources to deal with the emotional trauma of being laid off, not getting that promotion, and the betrayal of colleagues. Sue used real strategies on how to move forward and really decipher what is next, by organizing my days with the 5 x 5 x 7 method to make sure I had structure. I was looking for jobs, networking with others, leveling up my certification, manifesting while staying positive, continuing to keep walking even when I didn’t know where I was going.
By collaborating with Sue and using all these strategies, I landed into a very high paying job in my dream role at PayPal with more than what I could have ever imagined!

I wanted to thank you again for guiding me through this career transition and pivot process. Thank you for helping me learn more about myself – my values, needs, wants, and strengths – thank you for motivating me to network and to put more trust in myself.
Julia K, Software Engineer, Boston, MA
Sue helped me prepare for a career transition by offering me ways to figure out my own strengths and giving me tools to present them to others. At the end, I had a much stronger resume that was crafted to highlight not just the things I did, but showed the impact of my leadership and management skills. She helped me change my perspective on my current role and where I wanted to take my career next. This process offered insight which gave me more confidence to pursue a new career.

Sue is a gifted coach who listens deeply. What started as a career-focused coaching relationship to help me reset my objectives became an opportunity to reconnect with my whole self. Having worked with other coaches that sometimes latched onto a comment, leading our session down an unsatisfying rabbit hole, I found Sue’s wholistic approach, thoughtful preparation, and insightful observation the right balance of professional and intensely personal. This resulted in sessions that may not have covered what I wanted to discuss and ended up being what I needed to discuss (and hear and feel). Along the journey, Sue was a stalwart guide there to:
- remind me how far my journey had progressed when I felt like I was standing still;
- guide me back when so many aspects of life were pulling In different directions, and
- celebrate when I reached my desired “destination.”
If you are looking for a coach that understands both what’s needed to succeed in the boardroom and in life, I cannot recommend Sue more wholeheartedly.

Sue’s experience and insight in the area of career development is profound. Time and again, I had the pleasure of receiving the benefit of her considerable gifts, as she placed her expertise in the context of my values and goals.
Margaret P, Metaphysical Teacher & Author. Mendocino, CA
I met Sue as a graduate student at MIT. At the time, I was switching careers and needed to think through the transition carefully and make my next move count. As my career advisor, Sue helped me navigate the entire job-search process: from finding out what I really wanted out of my career to thoughtful resume reviews, mock interviews and in-depth assistance evaluating job offers.
Sue’s approach was holistic and tailored, and emphasized choosing the right career in the context of personal life objectives. Once I started getting job interviews, Sue personally researched the companies I was applying for and prepared realistic mock interviews. And when the offers started coming in, she took a thorough look at them and gave advice for assessing and negotiating the terms, including salary and non-compete aspects.
I am glad that Sue’s decided to focus her time on what she does best: combining her understanding of people with her expert counseling skills. As an immigrant who’s persevered, attended and worked at some of the most prestigious institutions (Wellesley, Harvard, MIT, Dartmouth), Sue has a wealth of experience to draw from and knows the paths to success inside out- but also knows what truly matters.
As for me, I am two years into the job that I accepted while at MIT. I still turn to Sue for advice navigating the workplace and improving my effectiveness (relationships with colleagues, managers, lateral moves within the company, etc), and have no doubt I will consult with her again as I advance in my career.
